A1:  Relybo is a group company that integrates research & development, production and trade. Its headquater is in Nanjing. It ows two sales company in Nanjing (named Relybo Pharmachemical Co., Ltd) and Hong Kong ( named Hosco Pharmachem HK limited), two cooperative R&D centers Liaoning Fuxin and Nanjing Jiangpu, and two production bases in Liaoning Fuxin and  Zhejiang Jiangshan. Relybo offers global customers with one-stop solutions covering catalogue products, custom synthesis, commercial production and overseas sales.

A2: 90% of the products on our website are in stock, which can meet your procurement needs from kilogram-level to ton-level. However, inventory is subject to real-time changes, so we recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm the latest stock status and avoid any delays for you.

A4: Yes, we would be glad to offer free samples ranging from 10g to 100g, and you only need to bear the international shipping cost. For samples exceeding this range, the product cost and international shipping fee will be charged.

A4: We fully support custom product development and provide a full-chain service from laboratory R&D to industrial production. Relying on our fluorine and sulfur compound synthesis technology platform, we mainly undertake three types of custom projects:① Process optimization of known-structure compounds, such as improving product yield and reducing specific impurities;② Synthesis of new fluorine-containing and sulfur-containing intermediates, where you only need to provide the target structure or performance requirements;③ Derivative development of existing products, such as adjusting fluorine substitution positions and modifying thioether groups.

Our custom synthesis process is as follows: demand discusstion → feasibility assessment within 5 working days → signing of development agreement → laboratory R&D → small-scale trial verification → pilot-scale amplification → industrial production. We will provide periodic technical reports throughout the process to ensure the final results meet your expectations.

A5: Absolutely, we support customized quality solutions. Whether you are in the R&D, pilot, or commercial production stage of pharmaceuticals, we can flexibly adjust product purity (such as ultra-high purity of 99.9%), control the limits of specific impurities (such as targeted control of by-products), and adjust testing items as needed.

Just provide us with your company's internal standard documents or clear quality requirements, and our R&D and quality inspection teams will complete the feasibility assessment within 3 working days, provide you with a custom plan and cost calculation, and prepare samples in as fast as 7-10 working days.

A6: We attach great importance to customer confidentiality. We can sign a mutual NDA at the initial stage of cooperation, with a validity period of no less than 5 years. During the custom process, all technical data will only be shared with your designated contact person. We have a strict information confidentiality process to absolutely prevent information leakage and fully protect your technical patents and trade secrets.

A7: Yes, we welcome customer factory audits. Please make an appointment 15 working days in advance, and we will arrange a dedicated person to connect with you and fully cooperate with the entire audit process.

A9: We regularly support payment methods such as T/T, Letter of Credit (L/C), and Documents against Payment at Sight (D/P Sight).

If you need credit terms, you can submit your company's registration information, financial statements, and other relevant documents to apply for a credit. Once approved, you can also choose Open Account (OA) payment. The regular credit term is 60 days.

A10: We have a standardized after-sales process to ensure zero-risk procurement for you:

① If you find any quality issues, please raise them within 30 days after receiving the goods, together with a written explanation and test data;

② We will complete data verification and root cause analysis within 3 working days;

③ Once quality issues are confirmed, we will provide you with a solution immediately. You may choose between return or replacement. All solutions will be implemented within 7 working days;
